ViewSonic matches lifestyle design with functionality and unveils new displays for the image-conscious user.

ViewSonic presents the latest displays in the PerfectFlat range, aimed at both the home and the professional user: the P70f and P90f models are the first in ViewSonic's family of new look CRT monitors.  Combining the best possible picture quality, design and functionality, these 17" and 19" models have been designed to cater for those who are not only looking for exceptional performance in a monitor, but also demand an attractive design.  The sleek and sophisticated dual-tone cabinet design will enhance the look of any desktop environment.

The fully-featured models offer an ultra-fine 0.24 mm tension mask pitch and an incredibly high number of different settings to provide the optimal viewing experience. The flat-faced screens, deliver extremely crisp images across the entire screen to ensure the best front of screen image performance.  Further advanced features include OSD lock and an intuitive one-touch auto adjust function, to set the position of the screen image.  The P70f and P90f have horizontal frequencies of 97 kHz and 110 kHz respectively, ensuring ultra-high resolution support.  The 17" unit offers a flicker-free 89 Hz image refresh rate at the recommended resolution of 1280 x 1024 (1.3 megapixels), and the 19" delivers a 1600 x 1200 (1.9 megapixels) recommended resolution with 87 Hz flicker-free refresh.

Both monitors are PC and Macintosh compatible and TCO '99 certified to meet the strictest standards for low emissions and power management.  These new lifestyle displays are backed by the ViewSonic three-year on-site warranty in most European countries.

The P70f and P90f are expected to be available from ViewSonic dealers during April 2002.
