UltraBrite™ at the touch of a button:
ViewSonic extends its range of CRT monitors
with three high brightness models.
Three new monitors from the US Visual Technologies™ specialist will ensure high brightness even for any multimedia and video applications. Thanks to the innovative ViewSonic UltraBriteTM technology, users can increase screen brightness at the touch of a button by up to a factor of three. In this way, videos, games or TV shows can be experienced in perfect, vivid colour with precise contrast. An additional press of the button suffices to restore brightness to a normal level for conventional applications such as word processing, spreadsheets or business graphics.
A total of three models are available: a 17" display with black casing and metallic-silver bezel for the private home user or gamer, and 17" and 19" models for the professional sector, finished in business-beige targeted at prosumers and business users involved in the fields of video editing and multimedia.
The activities undertaken on a computer have fundamentally changed. The display is becoming the PC, and there has been a large converging shift between consumer and data applications in the past years. Computer and video applications are becoming increasingly complex. Our UltraBrite models were conceived to provide private and business users with the ability to create complex images and optimally experience graphics, videos and photo representations, explains Aaron Fright, European Product Manager at ViewSonic.
All models are both PC and Mac compatible and TCO'99 certified. In addition, the displays are backed by a three year warranty.
