ViewSonic, a worldwide leader in visual display products, introduces two new multimedia LCD monitors with integrated speakers. The models VG720 (17”) and VG920 (19”) are specially designed for home and business users seeking a display that provides optimal images for general office and multimedia applications.
Both models use the ViewSonic ClearMotiv™ technology and return fast response times of only eight milliseconds, thus displaying smooth motion images, fast action and game sequences without distortion. The three-watt stereo speakers, astutely integrated in the display housing, ensure the high quality image display is accompanied by respectable audio performance. Thanks to high brightness and contrast levels as well as wide viewing angles, the new LCD monitors deliver crisp, clear and vibrant images suited to a wide range of applications. With the availability of both an analogue and digital (DVI-D) input, two PCs can be connected simultaneously. A quick-switch option lets users conveniently alternate between the two input sources. When the LCD monitor is set to sRGB colour mode via the on-screen menu, the colours returned on sRGB-compatible printers will more closely match those shown on the screen. At energy consumption below one watt in the Power Save mode, the models are distinctly economical. These PC and Mac compatible LCD displays can even be wall-mounted, if desired. Both models feature an attractive silver-black finish.
The new models are available at selected dealers and e-tailers. In case of repairs, users will also benefit from a free on-site exchange service during the three-year warranty period.
