ViewSonic Consolidates European Customer Service with a Single Contact Centre for Western Europe
View Sonic, a worldwide leader in visual display products, is today launching a single contact centre for its Western European Customer Service operations. In its constant drive to improve customer service, ViewSonic Europe is transferring its service operations to customer service specialist Sento, with immediate effect. The contact centres based in Enschede (the Netherlands) and Metz (France), will handle contacts from 15 countries in Western Europe where ViewSonic engages in sales activities.
ViewSonic will utilize Sento's Service Intervention solution consisting of a modular based Business Process Management platform in combination with outsourced contact centre solution. The Sento Solution delivers ViewSonic power of control over pan-European geographically dispersed repair operations providing a real-time management overview of all RMA (return to manufacturer) cases, repairs and logistics information to secure both optimised returns on investment and sustainable customer satisfaction.

The Sento contact centres will be handling contacts from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, through dedicated in-country phone numbers (cost of national calls).
